A Mini Mindful Moment Embracing Serenity through Relaxing in Nature

Daily writing prompt
How do you relax?
Envision in your mind a groves clearing ~ serene, untouched, seraphic.
With trees too thick to walk through and blooming,
Creating a delicate, earthy, sweet element for ones senses…
The ground you see yourself standing upon ’tis covered in leaf litter,
Creating a dangerous element if one were to completely lower their defences.

Irrespective this thought breathe deeply ~ invite the breath to reach deep within,
Energetically clearing debris from your body as you ground yourself in this spot,
Birds singing nearby providing a melodic aspect as this meditative moment shall begin,
Resetting one’s mind to a place of calm ~ relieving unnecessary densities that thwart,
At least until ones day prevails thus take a slow sip of your favourite beverage and mentally relax for a moment herein…

Notice the trees: the texture of their bark, the flexible strength with which they stand,
How they’ve adapted to their location in a way they can thrive in complement to the land,
Standing tall enough to provide space for an abundance of others akin to supportively holding ones hand,
Protecting the younger whom seem to giggle at the prospect of a proud future far from bland,
As they grow and strengthen their place the deeper their roots delve into the sand…

Like the trees we too must allow our energetic tendrils to spiral out,
Finding their way through the plethora of debris and others to secure our place,
Deeply entwined within the energetic elements of our stunning mother earth we need maintain a route,
Ensuring we’re grounded as we flow through each moment at a divinely timed pace,
Connected in a balanced, aligning way that’s increasingly freeing our path from doubt.

Hence as one’s relaxing moment grounding here amongst the trees draws to a close,
Ensure you’ve noted how you’re feeling ~ the weight of your hair that tangles as the breeze blows,
How your breath cools your nose/throat/deep into your lungs and how your spine may tingle,
The positioning of your stance whilst your legs hold you ~ strong and flexible much like the trees trunks,
Whilst you note the sound of the leaves and twigs you crunch underfoot with every step you mingle.
