A Poetic Moment Pondering how Mindful Movement Enhances Wellbeing

Daily writing prompt
What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
One deep breath, a sweep of hand, energetics swirling,
The outside world blurring into monotone noise as one moves,
A focal point, perhaps a flower, each detail noted as action flows,
Each practice allowing ones strength to support the elements one improves,
Irrespective of current limitations providing challenges for ones adapting.

As through moving with serenity and aligning into oneness with all within and around,
Albeit just for a seraphic moment in time ~ ’tis akin a reset for your being,
Allowing one to realign with their body and environment be it indoors or an outside spot you’ve found,
Flowing in alignment in any way can relieve mental and physical debris for at least a moment fleeting,
That one can easily enhance further through a mindful note of any perceived smells and sound…

For ’tis always a delight when birdsongs grace ones chosen space to practice,
Adding to the seraphic perspective of one’s current flow to be repeated in the future once or thrice,
When one next adjourns to move through their chosen escape from their everyday’s stressing vice,
Hence even momentary thoughts of time to practice sparks lighter elements that tend to entice,
One towards a lighter mindset that can ripple via their aura making the day just that fragment more nice.
