If one were to venture into the Australian Bushland chances are you’d find,
A delightfully greenish wild bush banana growing it’s ever entwining vine…
Now whilst it’s not that unknown for its place as a bush tucker delight,
Have you ever taken the time to truly let yourself be enchanted by it’s design?
Fully supported by those around it climbing inch by inch skywards and out,
Rather spindly and near unnoticeable when not directly in ones focuses line…
As all life like the vine ’tis never a straight path ~ but twists and twines through shadow and light,
Unfurling wherever it needs like the vine creeping over and through any obstacles it may face,
Often unable to pursue goals when attempting to go alone upon their quests plight,
Climbing easier through challenges when supported by another’s stronger grace,
Delicate but gaining strength from those whom enjoy this gentle beings energetic might,
Encouraging it’s progressive evolution as it seraphically sprouts at it’s own unique pace.
For much like the vine inching skywards we cannot see the next obstacle we must climb,
We may sense it when close ~ as it nears within the rhythm of our resonances chime,
But as we venture through our lives like a vine we’re never going for long in a straight line,
As the choices we make from challenges and desires mould the path of our soul sublime,
Irrespective of our destined purpose we grow and evolve with each breath our lungs entwine,
Overcoming debris and striving towards our light ‘till blinded at the end of our physical time…
Hence we learn our route like vines ~ energetic tendrils constantly tasting our options ahead,
Scouting our ideal path through so we may learn and grow as we need whilst we unfurl,
Reaching for support from others at times when we otherwise shall flail with dread,
Ideally learning to flow with a fragment of alignment with the ocean of beings around us as we energetically spiral and twirl,
Grounded by our physical selves regardless of how lightly we aim for our impact to tread,
Forever evolving from each moment we experience not that polar akin to a pearl.
Thus like a vine one should endeavour not to rush ~ but reach/listen vibrationally/grow around that we cannot budge,
Allowing life to seraphically guide rather than force our way through disconnected from our inner core,
Always developing our minds to enhance the expansion of our perception even when our conscious opinions vastly differ,
Flourishing only when divine timing blesses us with conditions perfect for what our unseen path holds in store,
Which for some can create internal challenges rather undesirable as quests towards dreams constantly stray,
Blinding them to the beautiful life they already have ~ the abundance/prosperity/love/achievements they’ve already manifested galore.

A Mini Mindful Moment Changing Ones Mindset with the Therapeutic Power of Rain
Imagine for a moment you’re caught in heavy rains,
’Tis not anything dangerous just a touch inconvenient…
Before you continue take a slow deep breath ~ push the stagnation from your being,
Then take a moment for your thoughts noting any and all pains,
‘Fore venturing onwards to cleanse and replenish the thought patterns your seeing.
As rain is natures way of cleansing and replenishing all,
Irrespective of the perceptions we bestow upon it in the moment,
Thus can be amazingly therapeutic for our minds and souls,
With a slight change in ones mindset and a touch of visualisations ball,
A beautiful rainy moment can take on greater enchanting roles…
For even in the moments one cannot find a storm,
Closing your eyes and working imagination ‘til visualisation comes strong,
Can flush ones energetic stagnation with rather effective form,
As one can imagine the feeling of the water rinsing debris to be retransformed by mother earth,
Alternatively a similar visualising thought in the shower cannot get it wrong.
The key is to hold this seraphic rain shower in ones mind,
Long enough for it to flush the energetic perspective of what ails,
Allowing it’s hold upon ones mind to weaken so in time it diminishes,
So new elements can evolve ones mindset to ones next thing in kind,
Before its resonance with ones alignment takes a different turn in its sails.
A Mini Mindful Moment Pondering the Facets of the Universe
Envision a moment ~ a leaf… seemingly dangling with the same purpose as every other…
Yet no two are ever exactly identical ~ no two in exactly the same spot,
Each has a differing view ~ thus despite similarities all have vastly different lives…
Now picture yourself as this leaf you’ve chosen upon in your mind,
’Tis it one warming in the full sun or perhaps the shade’s what you’ve timed…
Be it on a lower/mid/higher branch ~ the type of plant really doesn’t much matter,
For now look out from your spot through all the other leaves you can see…
Notice how different though similar all the leaves around you happen to be.
For to those looking from afar they may all seem to appear exactly the same,
Yet with a closer view one may notice an abundance of variants less tame…
As whilst some bring a cooling element others provide a place for eggs to call home,
They can protect a bud yet to bloom too soon or carry insects on the wind to roam…
Thus much like us each leaf though so similar ’tis quintessentially unique,
Each creating its own seraphic element to a facet for our universe to be complete,
Cycling through and constantly adjusting/evolving ‘till the moment ’tis bittersweet,
Then taking another element onwards for nothing can last too long within its respective feat.
A Mini Mindful Moment in the depths of a seeds cycle
Picture yourself for this moment a seed ~ warm within the earths soil,
Knowing of nothing else with potential for near anything it can toil,
It slowly starts to sprout growing just a little every day,
Innocently ascending it’s unfurling into the unknown worlds foray…
With elements of pure nearth force pounding through every element of sap,
This tiny little being expanding forth into where ever it can follow sunlight through a gap,
For upon this venture into life and that it may find through it’s place in that lying beyond,
This little one continues through its phase as sproutling, through roots and frond.
Eventually it reaches a point when it basks with ease in the gentle mornings sun,
Focusing on the cooler elements it’s roots enjoy when the midday heat’s no fun…
Replenishing in refreshing nighttime dew drops ’tis its evening reprieve,
‘Till wintertime brings a full retreat within to all whom don’t take their leave.
As sap carries nurture for it throughout every element of its entire life,
Each root tip onwards within seed upwards in stem, branch, twig ,leaf sans strife,
Slowly seraphically soaking all it needs from cooling water to variants of foods,
Long after it grows and flowers seeds pass and it turns towards times broods.
‘Till comes the sobering moment it wilts to the end of its vibrant lifetime,
Bowing to cycles closing number drying leaves floating upon winds chime,
Eventually dissolving to dust molecules supporting others to grow,
Adjourning to its next position in natures multifaceted cycles flow.
A Poetic Moment of Aligning Polarities Amidst a Heatwave
When temperatures average well above 40 right through most of the day,
Finding ways to survive can be a challenge on its own let alone keeping cool,
Thus when cooling elements are found differences can be at times ignored,
Irrespective it be a river/sprinkler/air conditioning or lounging by a pool…
For ’tis true not just for people when roads start becoming a sticky mess as they melt,
But for those seeking a cooler moment in the ever interesting animal kingdom too,
As in times like these ’tis nothing for birds to bring their babies to rest in the sprinklers mist with the cat,
Cautiously trusting they’re safe though seemingly knowing if they give him his space it’ll hold true.
Or a flock of magpies to join the bush doves and younger kangaroos in a damper spot,
Where water has sat after rain or from sprinklers in the heat of the morn before,
As aligning polarities amidst a heatwave means so many more can continue to survive,
Even if it means kingfishers and magpies taking turns so all get their cooler times galore!
For keeping cool amidst a heat wave in the outback ’tis near an art,
And in its mastering one can make all the difference to all whom thrive,
Whilst as humans we can only observe and support the ways the wildlife seraphically align,
Their polar lifestyles perspectives in a way that allows all cooling moments within their stride!
A Mini Mindful Moment Birdwatching in the Australian Outback
If one were to venture into or visualise a shrubby area of the Australian Outback,
Then take a slowed deep breath whilst finding themselves a comfortable spot to stay awhile,
One may experience an abundance of enchanting things that most on a bush walk,
Would pass by with minimal notice due to their focus and walking style…
Such as the colourful wrens and finches whom flit through the bushes with grace,
Shade spectrum’s of violet thru blue ~ yellow, shades of brown and reds too,
Hopping from branch to twig near unnoticeable to the alternatively distracted eye,
Like fairies going about their day through the blue grey bushes where we’ve near not a clue.
For bright green parrots and budgies may be obvious as the fly by our heads,
And cockatoos in their colourful array are as easy to spot as the Major Mitchel and Galah,
Yet the likes of the bush doves and honeyeaters join the smaller kingfishers in being lesser seen by far.
As to experience the delight of seeing one of these more infinitesimal varieties of birdlife hidden away,
One need be mindful of the seraphic location and be quietly lackadaisical yet alert to their way,
For if one can venture beyond the illusion of these delightful beings being rare,
One may be in for an enchanting experience that can be mystifyingly magical to compare!
A Poetic Moment Amongst Wonders of the Australian Outback
When one ventures into the Australian Outback,
Red sand often lies beneath one’s feet with clear blue skies overhead,
Whilst the plant life tends to bring it’s blue grey backdrop,
Unless it’s autumn or spring and the wild flowers bloom painting a floral rainbow instead…
Thus in midsummer when the gum’s finished blooming - ’tis too hot anytime but dusk and dawn,
To venture outside to enjoy the bushland without iced drinks and unavoidable sunburn…
So in the momentary magical moment when ’tis daylight yet mildly cool,
One can venture into the Aussie bushland on clear tracks safely from the heat in turn.
For enjoying the cockatoos squawking from the tree they call home for the night,
Though nearly excruciatingly loud if theres more birds than tree ’tis certainly an unforgettable sight,
The breeze wisps through the tree leaves blowing the cares from your aura and mind,
And while ever the snakes and goannas steer clear of your path your far from in a bind.
Though one can often not smell much more than dust… unless rain’s nearby and gidgee wreaks,
Which would blast this moment far from the lackadaisical seraphic without a few imminent tweaks,
Thus otherwise onwards one ventures with a splashing of wonder, caution, and care,
Enjoying the bushland’s magic surrounding you with all it’s fascinating flair.
For to have a flock of wrens flit about their way through the bushes beside is a magical moment,
And to notice the array of plant variations in just one area can be near mind boggling,
As when one happens across a gidgee grove it can feel like a lost twisting ’n’ turning forest,
A field loaded with saltbush varieties ~ a dried swap of gumtrees ~ the diversities constantly toggling.
Thus when ever one finds an appropriate moment to venture into the bushland of the Australian Outback,
Close your eyes, take a long slow breath, open your mind and go forth boldly,
As whether it be in the form of via a movie, meditation, or for those of us luckily enough to go in reality,
The magic and enchantment one can experience shall never be an element to pass one by coldly.
A Poetic Moment Appreciating an Outback Moon
When ’tis summertime in the Australian Outback,
Water becomes life ~ be it water sports, drinks, or sprinklers…
Bush fires burn away debris, storms wreak havoc washing so much away,
And venturing outside in the over 40 degree midday is generally dodged by shade seekers…
Thus while the sun prefers set way after 8pm and children rebel going to bed,
One cannot help but enjoy the soft replenishing cool of the midnight moon,
Whilst she boldly illuminates the vast, clear, star strewn Outback skies,
Allowing all to work their nights away in the cooler weather as it looms.
For even on the darker nights when she shan’t shine as brightly,
The glow of the moon or lack of still brings her element though more lightly,
Allowing all to take reprieve from the long days epically sweltering heat,
In turn in places bringing a welcomed chill that one gratefully finds sweet.
For ’tis when the plants come back to life after wilting in the sun all day,
The time when the animals enjoy coming out to eat and play,
As surviving the Australian Outback’s summer day’s an endurance task in the least,
Even for those designed to withstand the elements be they bird, plant or beast…
Thus why in the summer the moon’s intensity shines so boldly a reprieve,
Allowing all to replenish their body’s and souls ‘fore in the morn she takes her leave,
As when the dawn chorus refreshed from a cooler night take their stage to gently sing,
The sun shall rise to announce again ’tis yet another long hot day now commencing.
A Mini Mindful Moment Walking Along a Dam Bank
Picture yourself walking along the bank of a fresh water source,
’Tis irrelevant it be similar a lake, large pond or dam,
All’s needed is a vast element of a watery ecosystem with bushland beside,
For this moment to unveil it’s serene lackadaisical plan…
Now as you’re walking note the birds in the shrubbery and trees,
Whom are going about their day ignoring your proximity as they do as they please…
Cockatoo’s/galahs/parrots unmistakably coloured fly right overhead,
As you stroll along the bank that’s more often grey than red…
The odd larger fish swims paradoxical in the edge of the water,
For the ducks fishing for a meal nearby are too small for it to bother,
The hawks and eagles perched in the taller of trees however,
Make it’s decided swimming place seem rather far from clever…
You then notice a dragonfly hovering adjacent your current path,
Enchanted you watch as ’tis soon joined by another or few,
All zipping making them hard to follow then they hover or land as though on cue,
One lands on your arm ~ the buzzing of their wings making you laugh…
Eventually though like most things your seraphic walk along this bank,
Concludes as the sun sets too low to continue safely meandering,
Thus you return to your day with body and mind more open to self mastering,
Knowing your moment at least mentally in Mother Natures grasp has an element to thank.
A Mini Mindful Moment Upon Serene Sand
Picture for a moment - you’re lounging in a hammock, It sways in a way that lulls the chaos of the day into the distance,
Thus your mind wanders to thoughts of cocktails/sand/waves upon the shore,
As the heat of the day allows these cooling thoughts minimal resistance…
The parrots in the trees above brighten and enchant your mind,
Whilst the light breeze makes the heat more bearable as does your once iced drink,
Though swaying palm trees and tropical weather may seem more picturesque than hot dry gum,
The lack of seagulls to swipe your snacks is a welcome element to think…
However when one’s the serenity of swaying in a supportive hammock,
’Tis irrelevant if the warm sand is red or golden nor the trees be palm or gum,
One’s mind is still floating away upon serene sand in your thoughts,
While ever the breeze is cool and gentle and one’s time for the fun…
Thus with your mind at a secluded spot where theres sand,
The breeze amongst the leaves needs little imagination to illusion waves that crash,
As you enjoy the bliss induced state you find yourself now in,
Thoughts of life’s chaos dissolving away seemingly near gone in a flash…
Yet like most things this moment upon serene sand can only last so long,
You need venture back into the world at some point ‘fore it thwarts off your balance,
Though at any moment your hammock eagerly awaits your return,
So you can once again enjoy the serenity of this blissful dance.
