What if ones quiet moments are more than ones escape to replenish?
What if they’re rebellious acts in a demanding world where burn out claims many trying to survive?
Filled with rituals casting spells that give you the strength to endure what you’re far from designed to,
With potions that ignite the senses in a way that allows connection to yourself and bliss to derive,
Whilst enhancing your ability to flow through overwhelming situations in a way seemingly seraphic,
Empowering onlookers to enchant their own slower styles of perceived chaotic with at least an illusionary way to thrive.

For when one lights an evening candle with an intentional thought/wish/prayer,
It brings focus to ones mind and adds to ones ability to manifest with repetition,
Dragging your concentration into alignment with your desires whilst paving a moment of mental self care,
Relieving ones mind from the days abundance of chaotic overstimulating competition,
In a seraphic peiskos style which energetically strengthens the longer into a flame you stare,
Quintessentially aligning you with a freshly cleansed path of connection to ones cores intuition.

Whilst an aromatic cup of tea can turn our rushing world into a slower motion,
Every replenishing sip becoming a revolution of quiescences mindful pause,
Infusing your senses with unique physical and energetic vibrational therapeutics to relieve the grasp of any commotion,
Each scent filled breath cleansing away debris that blocks your flow and abhors,
Thus when ’tis a daily ritual undertaken with intention ~ apart of ones lifestyle designs component of self devotion,
It can be mindfully soothing for your fried nervous system allowing your entire being time to relax and hence restores.

However self-care isn’t always a still moment cultivating inner piece in quiescence,
Some find their moment in the roar of a motor or the invigorating gallop of a horse in nature to be,
Whilst creatives often find meditative qualities in their art forms flow;
Discovering what works for you is a quest that may be inspired by others but ’tis always yours uniquely,
Entwined only in ways that work in alignment for your specific style of life,
Becoming ultimately easier when your passions ignite through your inner healing work creating days less chaotic in perspective thus free.
