A Poetic Moment Pondering the Importance of Energetically Releasing Elements from Ones Mind…

Ever wake up in the morning with thoughts from the day before still weighing upon your mind?
They’re not thoughts of something you need to do or dreams you wish to create,
But memories and trivia irrelevant to your current moment and future,
Elements you wish you could release from your conscious mind’s debate…

They weigh you down both mentally and physically drain you too,
Thus releasing them to the void to transform into something more constructive,
’Tis ideal not just for you but it also allows them to become something anew,
As once released both gain the space for evolution rather than overloading ‘till both are reductive…

Hence the importance of energetically releasing all that serves your core self no purpose,
It can wear you down and wreak havoc on ones ability to even function far below the surface,
Festering away at one energetically like an item burning ‘till ashes in a furnace,
Rather than the perceived innocent random thought that simply leaves ones mind a near never ending circus.

Thus one need when a thought persistently arrises in ones conscious mind,
Take a moment to ponder its reason ~ is it useful? What support/lesson/healing could it be here to evoke?
If this is unanswerable then ’tis time to acknowledge the elements releasing and severing of its connection in kind,
Knowing if left too long irrelevant only to contraction both shall be energetically weakened ‘till broke.

Yet whilst knowing the importance of energetically releasing elements from ones mind,
’Tis in theory an ideal route allowing one to gain freedom and greater focus,
Often in the moment needed we tend to flail at how to effectively execute this process,
Or see these thoughts as normal and the methods release no more than unnecessary hocus-pocus…

A Meditative Moment by an Outback Style Morning Campfire…

Click here to skip to the YouTube version of this meditation.

Welcome to a poetically mediative moment by a campfire energetically within…

‘Fore we delve in, let us take three deep slow breaths;
in… and out,
again in… and out…
now once more in… and out,
As we settle ourselves into an energetic state where we can connect,
Aligning ourselves to whatever it is we need from that which is to follow through this subject.

However, to trigger the full effects that this moment may bring,
Close your eyes and thrice repeat the following:

I am now open to receiving all I need within this moment.

I am now open to receiving all I need within this moment.

I am now open to receiving all I need within this moment.

Now as one’s connected to the subtleties this piece contains,
Which in this moment happens to include a kundalini reiki cleansing component,
Allow me to be your guide on this now commencing poetic meditative journey…

Thus just imagine in this seraphic moment standing upon red sand,
At the location of your own personal, cozy, quiet camp sight,
Deep in the blissful blue grey fragrant Aussie bushland,
Upon a damp, densely foggy, wintery, late autumn morn…

’Tis where the crisp morning air fills your lungs,
As you venture out of your cosy swag into the fog,
Taking a moment to revive the dulled campfires coals,
'Fore finding yourself a spot to sit upon a sturdy log…

The fire soon enough starts warming the air in reach,
And provides the heat needed for your morning beverage of choice,
As you sip slowly birdsong breaks through the bush lands silence,
‘Tis nothing short of seraphic to hear their orchestral voice.

Subsequently a lone bird makes its silence braking solo known,
It’s melodious tune adding a vibrant layer with it’s rather sweet tone,
Before being joined by the full dawn chorus ’tis thrown,
Tho’ not ‘fore its element reaches through energetically from aura to bone.

As their performance seems to reach near its peak,
A rouge ray of sunshine breaks through the fog,
Warming your soul from where it first touches,
As cell by cell it starts dissolving any remaining dull monologue.

Effervescent style this warmth from the sun’s first rays,
Ripples through your entire being then outward,
Slowly driving back the densities of surrounding fog cover,
‘Till there’s no chance of it returning ‘till night-covers bombard…

Thus in the soul healing warmth of the early morn’s sun,
One sits sipping seraphically one’s chosen warm beverage,
Absorbing the bliss of one’s quintessential bushland surrounds,
Knowing for today ‘tis now an abundance of bliss gaining leverage…

Yet whilst the dawn chorus have been making their melodious mark,
Awakening the world around you which is still slightly dark,
The early morn sun rays deepen their melting ~ burning any debris they embark,
Not that unlike ones warming campfire turning to ashes each burning logs bark;

So whilst ones beverage may be turning further towards waning than full,
One can feel with ease the warmth of the sunshine healing deep into ones soul,
Incinerating debris from ones aura to the infinite depths of ones core,
Replenishing one entirely with whatever for you this moment still has in store.

Eventually the fire begins to reduce from flames to coals,
As the sun rises high enough that its rays take on different energetic roles,
No longer warming all cooled by night with dawn times magical perspective,
As all venture into their days a little lighter from energetic burdens respective.

For those that prefer to watch/listen… I hope you enjoy this variant!

A Cleansing Mini Mindful Moment of Natural Renewal in the Outback

Imagine in this moment you’re a tall gumtree in Australia’s Outback,
You’ve endured loosing leaves in droughts where red dust chokes,
Protected an abundance of others through many a blistering summer,
Blossomed beyond what ones imagination could ever possibly evoke.

The world around you is serene though dry ~ grasses have all hayed off,
There’s nothing but the most established flora and luckiest of fauna to be found,
The dust is coating everything again ~ breezes cannot even blow it completely away,
The air is thick with not just dust but ’tis humid to the point theres near not a sound…

For the sky o’er head is not blue but the darkest of greys,
Bringing an element of hope that the dust shall adjourn to memories forays,
As the clouds burst forth needed rains to quench all for days,
A welcome reprieve for all whom have the ability to survive through natures displays.

Eventually the irritating dust settles under a cooling watery mist,
That gradually increases to rinse the dust from heavy almost crispy leaves,
Pacing itself ‘till it reaches the deepest points of even the thickest debris,
Washing away blockages so deeply hidden they’re unknown ~ making space anew for fresh air’s heaves…

Raindrop by raindrop this moment continues with a gentle cooling breeze,
Gently rinsing ‘till refreshed even the most stagnant areas of ones soul,
Revitalising all it seeps into whilst cleansing all whom are upon this area of earth,
So one may enter a cycle of thriving once again within ones beings role.

A Mini Mindful Moment Changing Ones Mindset with the Therapeutic Power of Rain

Imagine for a moment you’re caught in heavy rains,
’Tis not anything dangerous just a touch inconvenient…
Before you continue take a slow deep breath ~ push the stagnation from your being,
Then take a moment for your thoughts noting any and all pains,
‘Fore venturing onwards to cleanse and replenish the thought patterns your seeing.

As rain is natures way of cleansing and replenishing all,
Irrespective of the perceptions we bestow upon it in the moment,
Thus can be amazingly therapeutic for our minds and souls,
With a slight change in ones mindset and a touch of visualisations ball,
A beautiful rainy moment can take on greater enchanting roles…

For even in the moments one cannot find a storm,
Closing your eyes and working imagination ‘til visualisation comes strong,
Can flush ones energetic stagnation with rather effective form,
As one can imagine the feeling of the water rinsing debris to be retransformed by mother earth,
Alternatively a similar visualising thought in the shower cannot get it wrong.

The key is to hold this seraphic rain shower in ones mind,
Long enough for it to flush the energetic perspective of what ails,
Allowing it’s hold upon ones mind to weaken so in time it diminishes,
So new elements can evolve ones mindset to ones next thing in kind,
Before its resonance with ones alignment takes a different turn in its sails.

A mini mindful moment at the whims of a breeze

Picture a moment a huge wattle covered in bumblebee style blossoms,
But it’s late in the season and the slightest bump or breeze makes them fall…
The wind starts picking up creating a delightful blossom fuzz ‘snow’,
Mesmerised you watch them float towards the ground as the wind plays,
For this delicate dance ’tis one of natures more quintessential forays…

Ever gently one fluffy yellow segment floats onto your hand,
’Tis like holding the tiniest of delicate feathers you’ve ever seen,
Created by the same force of nature that is known for destruction,
Thus pondering this polarity you watch the breeze pick it up once again,
And allow it to whisk away the debris you’re holding without strain.

This gentle wisp of breeze now continues its seraphic mission,
Blowing segment by segment each blossom from the tree,
And energetic element by element from your auras debris,
Easing your mind of the grasp of the days stresses demolition,
Allowing space for you to heal your soul - grounded with volition…

As the unseen weight of energetic debris lifts from your being,
You note the new vibrance of the wattle seemingly restored,
Though it may be just your perspective as you notice leaves before now ignored,
Contemplating what of you can now be seen that’s imploring for healing,
You venture from this moment with a much lighter feeling.

~ A note for those wondering; no the picture is not wattle… ’tis mulga… one of the wattles outback ‘cousins’. 🙂

A Mini Mindful Moment Caught in a Spring Shower

Imagine for this moment…
You’re walking through a grove of trees,
Whom are gently swaying in the breeze,
Whilst a bird is sweetly chirping the song of its choice,
All seems near too seraphic as you ponder whatever you please…

The sky though not clear isn’t concerning,
Yet the trees seem to smell stronger than one expected,
You walk on for this moment ’tis what you seem to be yearning,
As you enjoy this time for your mind to find your soul reflected…

Thus as you’re engulfed in your thoughts and the scene of your walk,
You’ve no way to notice the erratic raindrops upon the path,
Or the birds falling silent as the trees seem a message to talk,
That all should seek shelter or become prey to natures wrath…

As the sky begins to open up with a delightful sprinkling of rain,
Each droplet so gently lands upon its mark as if designated,
You stand still - letting each raindrop quench your soul of any pain,
‘Fore it starts washing away debris that blocks that which is fated…
