Gold, silver, platinum, bronze; just to name a few,
Are metals a lot of us seem to hold of varying precious status,
Yet most of us go our whole lives unaware,
Of what these metallic variants can do for us…
For just like crystals and their gemstone counterparts,
We know they’ve their own respective properties and perspectives,
Scientists have shown and experimented alike with,
Their toxicities, physical uses and complexities.
Systems define them to be of varying values to us,
And yet what if these metallic marvels of mother nature’s creation,
Serve a divinely different purpose to how we humans have substagated,
What if these sparkling resources exist for a very different intention?
Could it be they play a vital role in the survival of our planet?
After all we’ve micro variants of gold and copper in our blood,
If we over mine these marvellous, shiny metals,
Could worldwide balance be thrown off with a thud?
Or perhaps us humans mining and spreading metals across the Earth,
May perchance be creating a global harmonising effect,
Creating a shield of sorts if you will imagine for a moment,
Against our own advances in what we believe soon to be inept.
Perhaps we need to take a moment and just ponder,
These metallic marvels in all their strong, sparkling wonder,
Then adjusting our usage if need be in the future ahead,
Before to our eventual returning demise we are lead.

Earning With Kids:
When one’s an introvert working in accounts it’s so quiet,
That the transition to motherhood in itself can seem a constant riot,
Then within six months you’re expected to return to earning,
Though you can’t leave said babe whose care you’re still learning,
So you start upon the grand quest to find a way to master the two,
Without burning out, perceiving failure or driving yourself blue.
Just finding what it is you want to try is such an epic task within itself,
That for some can take years of searching, learning, adding an abundance of things to the ‘not for me’ shelf,
Before even finding an option that’s legit and resonates enough to try,
Unaware that there’s a plethora of challenges soon to be nigh,
For working from home within a growing family dynamic,
Though there be devine moments, isn’t always a fine weather picnic.
‘Just work during nap time’ ‘tis great advice at the start,
But what happens when nap times eradicated and everything’s covered in sticky fingerprint art!?
Children tend more than adults to live more right in the moment,
Thus juggling their perceived spontaneity whilst working becomes a necessary skill component,
For even a tween; though a little more complaisant,
Can have urgent times needing you to be completely theirs and patient.
I myself have been working from home with my son’s for now well over a decade,
And have learned the only way to work is to swiftly decipher and sort each child placed blockade,
Despite the urge to have them wait ‘till you’re finished the task,
‘Tis often best to just pause; unless you want them in future to bypass you wearing a ‘mask’,
As healing this type of disconnect can take years the longer it’s left fester,
And with each unique dynamic to find these limits you are your own tester.
Though there are many more tricks I’ve discovered through my experience I’m about to share,
That I hope may inspire the wisdom within you to flare,
For whilst we may love to just sit and enjoy watching our kids play,
We’ve all got a list of things we have to do during each day,
However we manage to work with our offspring by our side,
The key is to find our own version of balance upon this often tumultuous ride.
As children get older and nap times start to decrease,
One may think working with them at home is near close to beat,
However it is actually so, so far from the case,
You just have to learn how to flow through the race,
Remembering each child’s unique thus tactics will differ,
Though the more you know your child the less you shall quiver.
A few of the tactics I’ve used to work at home around my sons,
Include sending them on age appropriate quests and making them fun,
Like sending a toddler to his toy box to find a rainbow of cars,
Or encouraging a schoolboy to craft a mosaic with only stars,
They seem to delight when given a solo mission or two while I work,
Though it can cause frustration when a lack of creativity starts to lurk.
Otherwise they can happily play ‘work’ at their own ‘workstation’,
Read or game either with siblings or solo enhancing their imagination,
Though there’s only so much they can do with minimal supervision fine,
And sometimes their independence and our work time cannot align,
What we do in these moments are usually not what we’ve planned,
Be it simply take a short break or head to somewhere with sand.
Reconnecting a moment be it just a minute or a whole week long,
Can be what they need for you to return to your works song,
In a pinch though; whilst too much screen time is never the desired intention,
Sometimes in a bind a movie with snacks can be a necessary intervention,
You may be surprised how much can be done in a mere hour,
Especially when every other tactic seems to have gone sour.
Now, though there be children (though out of three I have only one),
That just need you to tell them why you’ve a task to get done,
And how you will spend time with them once it’s fully completed,
It is magical watching them from your workspace happily self retreated,
Knowing when you’re finished you’ll be all theirs for some time,
To play, chill, and adventure how they find sublime!
To learn the business aspect of how I now do this today,
There’s options below to expand your knowledge in this way,
‘Tis a minor investment to make towards one’s life,
Designed in a way that’s hard to get into strife,
For what one can add to their knowledge can be applied imaginations end,
And I do hope all this has inspired you in some way my friend. 🙂

New Years Pep Talk
Well, the new year ’tis now here,
‘Tis time to stop procrastinating my dear,
Get on out and achieve your goals,
Live your dreams, succeed in thy roles,
Make a realistic new years resolution,
Perhaps even study at a new institution?
Whatever it may just happen to be,
Do your best to do it correctly,
For if you don't give it your all,
Less will catch you if you fall,
So pack away that christmas tree,
'N' get doing what makes you happy.
However, don't forget to find,
Time each day to relax, heal & unwind,
Otherwise you'll just burn right out,
Be so overloaded you'll scream 'n' shout,
Thus take time enjoying the little things,
You'll be amazed at the good it brings.
Now off you go, ignite that mind,
Rise up above your daily grind,
Spend time with friends, get some sun,
Before you know this new year'll be done,
Life is short so don't you quit,
Find your groove and go for it!
Tìoraidh 2023!
Tìoraidh 2023! We’re glad to see you end!
Though I am sure you’ve had some positive moments somewhere,
More than your allocated mayhem did you send,
You’ve blown people apart in more ways than can be counted,
And rippled disasters globally like dominoes upon a slimy bend.
I know I’m not the only one that prays in their way for 2024,
For all the pain and mayhem you, 2023 have contained,
To swiftly find their way with you out the door,
Though reality brings the fact that January 1st is just but a day,
It does however bring a glimmer of possibility… of hope… that sweeter times may grace the floor.
And so we welcome forth 2024’s blank slate,
Hoping Mercury’s retrograde mayhem be just the first thing to turn right,
And that there be so many more things you shift towards green pastures gate,
Showing lives around this exhausted planet towards reprieve,
Before that which we’ve been enduring takes its toll making you too late.
‘Fore most of us can’t take much more,
Of what we’ve been served in this past few years,
Despite our evolution, our growth, our enlightenment to what we can do galore,
We are still human thus have limits to what we can actually survive,
Before we can no longer spread our wings to soar!
Thus please just bring forth 2024’s lineup already!
Though may it please be a year to bring the past few into balance,
Bringing prosperity and peace with a harmonious beat and a lighthearted melody,
A whole year inspiring worldwide bliss, love and gratitude towards the lives we live,
With a positive abundant flow for all to be equally heavy and steady.
🙂 HAVE A REJUVENATING NEW YEAR OF BLESSINGS EVERYONE!!

Discover Our Protective Orgone Creations for Balance and Energetic Support: A Bit about Orgonite…
Glittering resin creations of enchantment,
Imbued with the vibrational perspectives of gemstones and reiki,
To support those within their aura with their best,
Protective yet harmonising energetic melody.
Traditionally orgone/orgonite devices are equal part layers,
Of resin, at least two different metals and clear quartz,
Creating an interesting reaction that can actually reduce electromagnetic radiation,
Though it has evolved dramatically with an array of crystal cohorts!
So whilst they cannot cure nor eliminate anything,
They can energetically support us and harmonise the affects of our EMF exposure,
Though much like a single water drop cannot fully quench one’s thirst,
A single pendant can only do so much for one’s composure.
Thus after near 15 years of learning, creating, experimenting,
We bring to you our strongest, most supportive range at our little online store,
Of orgonite creations all infused with energetic modalities including Usui and Kundalini Reiki,
And an array of crystal/gem based designs that are all unique and never a bore!

A Thought on Bolstering:
Thus if you can please keep in mind,
These delightful creations can subtly only do so much,
To expect something around an inch wide to effect much more than a meter around it,
Would be a major stretch even if it you carry or touch…
However those in desire of a solo one shan’t despair,
There certainly are ways to bolster their effective range,
Such as possessing multiple so as they work together,
Or wearing/placing near amplifiers like diamonds and quartz though as a combo it may at first seem mentally a little strange…

The Bushman’s Christmas Surprise.
Christmas ’twas mere days away,
As the Bushman sat present wrapping,
Singing classic Christmas carols,
To which his foot ’twas tapping.
When something through a window,
Distracted his concentrating eye,
Curiously the Bushman ventured closer,
As his startled horse reared to the sky.
There on his verandah stood,
Much to the Bushman’s surprise,
A six foot plus white kangaroo,
With piercing sky blue eyes.
Not far away ’twas another,
Whose leg appeared to be injured,
Then a third wearing a harness,
Made the scene seem completely absurd!
Three snowy white kangaroos,
The Bushman thought he was dreaming!
’Till he tripped over his poor dogs tail,
Whom let out his version of surprised screaming.
Then up hopped a fourth kangaroo,
To see what had caused all the matter,
A fifth dragging a leather strap,
Followed with a bit of a clatter.
The Bushman looked from roo to roo,
Trying to figure it all out,
When a large man in a big red suit,
Came out of the bush giving a shout:
‘Ho, Ho, Hello there my friend.
My aircraft’s crashed just through there,
Most of my boomers got away okay,
But could you help me get back in the air?’
The Bushman couldn’t believe his eye’s,
Here was Santa asking for his help,
‘Certainly’ was all he could manage to say,
Whilst his dog gave him an encouraging yelp.
Not too far off the Bushman’s homestead,
Santa’s sleigh ’twas caught up in the top of a gumtree,
A sixth kangaroo in a harness was dangling,
Thus getting him down unscathed was the key.
The Bushman soon knew what to do,
Dashed back home to get some supplies,
Whilst a flock of birds in the trees overhead,
Sang loudly their mocking song cries.
‘Twasn’t long ‘till the Bushman returned,
With ropes and his trusty chestnut horse,
They tied and swung them over nearby trees,
And securely to the sleigh of course!
After lowering down the last kangaroo,
They slowly lowered Santa’s sleigh,
Tended all the kangaroo’s injuries,
‘Fore Santa went up upon his way.
Soon ’twas Christmas eve,
And snuggled by the fireplace,
The Bushman and his beloved lady,
Were discussing Santa’s big worldwide race.
When from overhead they heard crystal clear:
‘HO HO HO HO HELLO! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU,
BUSHMAN, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP,
IN MAKING DREAMS WORLD WIDE COME TRUE!’
The Bushman’s Lady sat watching in disbelief,
As presents then appeared beneath their tree,
Whilst sounds of sleigh bells rang through the sky,
Filling the surrounding bushland with magic and glee.
Cat in the Christmas Tree.
There ‘twas a cat stuck in the Christmas tree on a Sunday afternoon,
Tangled in tinsel and twisted amongst lights,
Looking much like a furry festive baboon,
Yet on they rolled and fumbled away,
‘Till the daylight started to wane from the day.
Come midnight all the baubles had fallen near everywhere,
From this poor felines reenactment of a sparkly crocodile roll,
Though it be much less muddy and imbue their own distinctively furry flare,
Creating a not so magical sight for owners soon to behold,
Whom would have an interesting new Christmas story to one day be told.
Still on the feline wriggled around, trying to get itself free,
From the fairy lights and strands of sparkly tinsel,
And other decor designed to fill one with magical Christmas glee,
‘Till they were ready to just accept that for the near future they would be stuck,
Thus meowing a wish that their exploration had never run amok…
Next thing a thud could clearly be heard,
From outside the room the mischievous cat was imprisoned,
Followed by which a doorknob or three was turned,
Then entering before the distressed tangled cat,
Was a large man in red, wearing a Pom Pom trimmed hat.
Saint Nick looked at that little cat, all engulfed in a mess of lights and tinsel,
Thinking a mere moment before announcing in a soothing voice,
‘Relax now my little friend, get you out in a mere moment I will.’
Then in the time it took for dear old Santa to scratch an itch on his nose,
The tangles untwisted and the mess tidied itself whilst the cat landed gratefully upon it's furry little toes!
Feathery Pool Party!
With the water becoming scarce,
And the temperature arising,
A Galah flock found themselves a quite pool,
In which they engulfed quite unsurprising.
Soon there was a grey/pink cloud,
Covering most of the ground & blue sky overhead,
Drinking the water in the pool however,
Would find quite a few sick or dead..
Yet they stayed on poolside,
As if their party must go on,
Screeching their song be it an almighty din,
Dancing through each day so long.
Like most parties this one has its characters,
The lifeguard, the clown, the quiet one in a corner,
Those that are boldly in the spotlight,
Or on the fence along the border.
‘Till at last the party’s over for the day,
All fly off to where they roost,
Resting quietly ‘till dawning light,
Finding fresh water’s sure to be a boost.
