A Mini Mindful Moment Transmuting Darkness into a Journey to Inner Light

Darkness; It can creep into our thoughts then into our lives pretty easily,
Creating challenges increasingly heavy until they fester into physical chaos,
Once taken root transmuting it lighter can seem a bigger challenge than letting it stay,
Hence why some embrace it; allowing it for a time to evolve thru their lifestyle’s emboss,
Even if they know how to transmute it polar it overrides with permission ‘till they’re strength carves a way.

Much akin a thunderstorm; darker moments can create a clearer path for light to flow,
Harshly revealing exactly what one need adjust for brighter moments to gain strength,
Though the greater one need evolve the harder shall be the darkening undertow,
The more challenging it’s transmuting storm shall have to rage on at length,
For a dust storm shan’t deflect but block ones view if rain doesn’t clear one’s ability to see the rainbow.

Furthermore the uniqueness of all may play a part but the intention of method be fundamental,
To transmute a thunderstorm to showers and rainbows one need transcend in a way not quite monumental,
Through a ritual that flows simply yet effectively with a style seamlessly incremental,
Customised to your challenge in this moment once you’ve uncovered the core of the darkened temperamental,
That can allow you to evolve into a lighter perspective aligned to your core which is divinely elemental.

Thus define your dark; uncover it’s core, grab your beverage of choice and begin!
The core element of near all dark has light so take take in the aroma from your drink,
Allow your thoughts to venture - let them confine the dark to one clear thought herein,
Ponder what lies polar to it: what holds your dark element at bay or can flush it swiftly down the sink?
And how can you anchor your light into your life so next time darkness has a harder time creeping in?

For once a storm has passed all lie aware that there will come a time a storm shall come again,
It may be of differing intensity or style however the storms passed reveal new ways for one to be prepared,
Hence with every darkened moment one’s enlightened anchoring should strengthen effectively,
Easing ones ability to highlight when ’tis needed so moment’s of darkened upheaval can be swiftly repaired,
Returning one to a more seraphic lighter moment anchored in ones perception of light prospectively.

A Poetic Moment Pondering How to Dissolve Task Overwhelm for Better Focus and Mental Ease

Think of all those things you wish you could get done in each day,
That regardless how hard you try you cannot get to function the way they’re ‘supposed to’?
Whilst most have a lot ’tis not a case of ‘how to fit them in’ that this is about,
As there’s already plenty on that note in an abundance of variations to embrue,
From time management to habit support etc. the options are near endless,
But what to do with what we can’t fit in? That is what we shall be now pondering through.

For these tasks don’t just stay on to-do lists waiting their turn to be done,
They weigh on us energetically which if never released can eventually evolve into physical dramas,
Adding to our stresses and wearing away at our stamina to endure ‘till once easy things are no fun,
Slowly creating a plethora of mental/physical and energetic styles of traumas,
Which tends to grow deeper into ones being each unchecked moment once their unravelling has begun,
Until you’re needing others to care for you/an entire retreat to heal or worse all stuck in clothes like pyjamas…

However, like most things, there’s usually a simple way to tend to tasks yet completed,
So we may continue on with our high vibration strong and undefeated,
Through the process of releasing them ~ letting the energetic weight of them go as if deleted,
Which is rather super easy once mastered to be at any needed moment repeated,
Simply bring that you want to release into the forefront of your mind to be treated,
Ponder it’s weight like a rock that if held too long would make one rather depleted…

Then visualise the rock of said task being dissolved at the edges as if ’tis dropped in water and effervescent,
Fizzing and bubbling away from it’s outside to centre ’till fully dissolved,
Then closing your eyes if they’re not and imagining pouring the dissolved task down a drain is the next component,
‘Fore taking a few replenishing breaths to blow away any debris still unresolved,
And making like a tree with energetic visualised roots winding deep into earth as a grounding element,
Then returning to what you can in this next moment ~ a tad lighter knowing the weight of what you truely cannot do today is solved.

Now whilst at some point you may HAVE to do said thing you can’t fit in today,
With practise this technique shall effectively weaken it bearing a heavy load upon your mind,
Allowing you to stress about it only when it’s moment to be undertaken actually arises,
Rather than twisting you more than energetically into a horribly messy bind,
Thus making space for one to focus on the task they have to prioritise and do right now,
Even if it’s just making a mindful cup of tea, smiling to oneself and remembering to be kind.
