A Mini Mindful Moment Finding Peace Under an Outback Moon to Unwind and Recharge

Once the sun has lowered beyond the tree line and the sky has darkened into night,
Lady Luna begins to rise; a cooling golden sliver ‘till as an orb soothes her fans delight,
Hence much like your favourite beverage with each sip aromatically flooding your senses,
The moon’s light can bathe your soul in a style that can energetically melt through your defences…

As from first you notice her rising ever slowly over the horizon especially in a full peaking glory,
Bathing your aura then face irrespective how chaotically intense may have been your past days story,
Your mind when focussed on the golden glow the full moon tends to emanate when first she rise,
Soothes ones thoughts and diminishes stresses for at least the mindful moment in which your perspective resides.

Thus the longer you rest in the light of the moon the more one can energetically restore,
Illuminating element by element at a speed most wouldn’t choose initially to implore,
Yet Lady Luna’s tendency to attract those whom are truely in need of her invitation to explore,
A quiet replenishing moment to reflect and realign as she holds you seraphically once more.

Therefore beneath the stars strewn across the clear navy sky perhaps by a campfire you can safely rest,
Knowing for now you can enjoy a reprieve from lucubrating away in an attempt to beat your best,
As the moonlight creeps well over the tree line; illuminating you from the thoughts in your head
Easing the weight from your shoulders and chest ‘till at least for now tension has fled.

Replenishing you akin resting on a moon powered wireless charger as it reaches your solar point,
Grounding as it continues guiding you to realign ‘till it’s light kisses your feet in a balancing adjoint,
Leaving you knowing this seraphic moment can continue for as long as you choose to allow,
In a way perfectly repeatable with a moments remembrance after you decide to end this one now.

A Poetic Moment Contemplating the Importance of Carving Daily Moments for Mental Clarity

We all have that one thing we need to do each day for ourselves,
Some need time to read ~ whilst others have been known to take a ritualistic bath,
Irrespective it be journaling/ a morning walk or something else entirely,
’Tis the effects of not doing that one thing you need to that can have a nasty personal aftermath...

As when our beings miss that one thing that they crave daily,
It can create both physical and mental mayhem that can ripple out through our lives,
Destroying otherwise seraphic moments with those we cherish beyond all else,
Creating the perfect challenging environment where ’tis mischief and chaos that thrives...

Thus why ’tis paramount one ensure their specific requirement is apart of each days flow,
For it’s importance is as vital as nourishment’s an element for eating to bestow,
Knowing if ’tis missed too often what will undesirably be in stow,
Which tends to only worsen in accordance to ones tendency to miss it too often in a row.

So for those that struggle with putting a moment for themselves into their days,
Remember that it actually increases your ability to support others through their forays,
With increased clarity and tolerance that may otherwise flail,
Rather then the frustrations and aggravation that’s bound to eventually be the alternative to sail.

Thus go forth and unselfishly carve your moment ~ concrete your specific element in,
Enjoy it to your needed level whilst being able to breathe easier due to your win,
