A Poetic Moment Pondering How to Surrendering to Tasks Supports One to Find Clarity

Daily writing prompt
What’s something you believe everyone should know.
Sometimes when we’re struggling to focus on any given task,
’Tis not a case of we need to practice techniques to hone our mind,
But rather that we’ve too varied a collection of tasks upon our to do list,
Scattering our thoughts vastly ~ too far afield from our core’s alignment to find,
Prohibiting our focus from easily holding this moments selection in the way we desire.

Thus as our mind delves from element to element often straying from where we’d like,
Mentally hastening to comprehend the task at hand then going to the next ‘fore we’re done,
Akin a bee tending flower by flower and venturing to the first step in the next while dodging a kite,
Our thoughts struggling to maintain stability if we’re forever bouncing on the run,
Tasks swirling rather than decompiling awaiting their selection in the next moments plight.

For even if one were to light a candle and practice watching it’s flame,
One may observe it’s dance with the slightest of unfelt breeze far from tame,
As our world can be perceived to be in a constant state of varying styles of chaos’ reign,
Each being in a constant state of doing even if their doing is currently slow and serene,
Or a faster paced moment supporting others as a component of an out to win team…

Hence remember this: Tasks will forever be as plentiful as stars in a clear nights sky,
All differing and lying in wait for their moment of observation in your minds focus,
Thus while one need allow themselves to just flow as unobstructed as they can in the moment that’s nigh,
Surrendering to the task at hand can at times do more for productivity than other types of hocus pocus,
Promoting one’s flow rather than increasing burnout and tensions already unideally high.

A Poetic Reminder that Finding Balance Includes Embracing Rest in a Chaotic Life

On the days one finds their flow a little clunky ~ a little dull, near hazy yet ironic…
It may just be a simple ebb to the flow of ones chaotic norm allowing one a moment to rest,
A simple lull though it may leave one feeling like there is something missing ~ something off,
As if an element has been overlooked within this current moment upon ones lifelong quest,
Yet even once one uncovers this balancing perspective and convinces it to your mind,
It may still be a challenge to be a touch lackadaisical despite knowing in this moment ’tis rest that may be best…

Hence rather than resting one may start adding elements to the void the lull’s created,
Often things irrelevant in the long term or necessary for a different future moment,
Causing a type of procrastination in a style that seems slightly destructive when later debated,
Irrespective the importance of the side quest ones chosen to undertake instead of a replenishing component,
For even the most delightful aspect of what ones chosen to do that leaves one adequately elated,
Still drains ones being further ~ rather than energetically recharging one’s being for their next task style opponent.

Thus if one cannot ‘switch off and allow their being time to replenish with any element of ease,
Perhaps finding a meditative task to balance ones flow with a relaxing style of task may bring a greater please,
As sprinkling ‘tasks’ akin to disconnected yet mindful tea time can be enough to sway ones mental load to appease,
The stresses that weigh one towards burnouts grasp threatening one to be crawling into bed completely quanked on their knees,
Wishing they’d taken that lackadaisical moment when life’s load was light to read ‘neath the trees,
Yet when the next lull arrives they will probably once again find a way to push rather than chill leaving replenishment once again a thought upon the breeze…

A Poetic Moment Pondering How to Dissolve Task Overwhelm for Better Focus and Mental Ease

Think of all those things you wish you could get done in each day,
That regardless how hard you try you cannot get to function the way they’re ‘supposed to’?
Whilst most have a lot ’tis not a case of ‘how to fit them in’ that this is about,
As there’s already plenty on that note in an abundance of variations to embrue,
From time management to habit support etc. the options are near endless,
But what to do with what we can’t fit in? That is what we shall be now pondering through.

For these tasks don’t just stay on to-do lists waiting their turn to be done,
They weigh on us energetically which if never released can eventually evolve into physical dramas,
Adding to our stresses and wearing away at our stamina to endure ‘till once easy things are no fun,
Slowly creating a plethora of mental/physical and energetic styles of traumas,
Which tends to grow deeper into ones being each unchecked moment once their unravelling has begun,
Until you’re needing others to care for you/an entire retreat to heal or worse all stuck in clothes like pyjamas…

However, like most things, there’s usually a simple way to tend to tasks yet completed,
So we may continue on with our high vibration strong and undefeated,
Through the process of releasing them ~ letting the energetic weight of them go as if deleted,
Which is rather super easy once mastered to be at any needed moment repeated,
Simply bring that you want to release into the forefront of your mind to be treated,
Ponder it’s weight like a rock that if held too long would make one rather depleted…

Then visualise the rock of said task being dissolved at the edges as if ’tis dropped in water and effervescent,
Fizzing and bubbling away from it’s outside to centre ’till fully dissolved,
Then closing your eyes if they’re not and imagining pouring the dissolved task down a drain is the next component,
‘Fore taking a few replenishing breaths to blow away any debris still unresolved,
And making like a tree with energetic visualised roots winding deep into earth as a grounding element,
Then returning to what you can in this next moment ~ a tad lighter knowing the weight of what you truely cannot do today is solved.

Now whilst at some point you may HAVE to do said thing you can’t fit in today,
With practise this technique shall effectively weaken it bearing a heavy load upon your mind,
Allowing you to stress about it only when it’s moment to be undertaken actually arises,
Rather than twisting you more than energetically into a horribly messy bind,
Thus making space for one to focus on the task they have to prioritise and do right now,
Even if it’s just making a mindful cup of tea, smiling to oneself and remembering to be kind.

A Poetic Moment Contemplating the Importance of Carving Daily Moments for Mental Clarity

We all have that one thing we need to do each day for ourselves,
Some need time to read ~ whilst others have been known to take a ritualistic bath,
Irrespective it be journaling/ a morning walk or something else entirely,
’Tis the effects of not doing that one thing you need to that can have a nasty personal aftermath...

As when our beings miss that one thing that they crave daily,
It can create both physical and mental mayhem that can ripple out through our lives,
Destroying otherwise seraphic moments with those we cherish beyond all else,
Creating the perfect challenging environment where ’tis mischief and chaos that thrives...

Thus why ’tis paramount one ensure their specific requirement is apart of each days flow,
For it’s importance is as vital as nourishment’s an element for eating to bestow,
Knowing if ’tis missed too often what will undesirably be in stow,
Which tends to only worsen in accordance to ones tendency to miss it too often in a row.

So for those that struggle with putting a moment for themselves into their days,
Remember that it actually increases your ability to support others through their forays,
With increased clarity and tolerance that may otherwise flail,
Rather then the frustrations and aggravation that’s bound to eventually be the alternative to sail.

Thus go forth and unselfishly carve your moment ~ concrete your specific element in,
Enjoy it to your needed level whilst being able to breathe easier due to your win,
For whilst it may not everyday be the easiest thing you can do,
Remember that everyday you do get a moment to do your something,
That it will ripple out and make life more seraphic for all around you too!

A Poetic Moment Pondering the Balance of Daily Blogging

When one first creates a blog ~ especially if ’tis their first,
They may think they have all they require to succeed,
Perhaps even have an abundance of content prepared that they need,
Which whilst perfectly necessary for the initial stages novelty burst,
Will still leave one at some point with an empty page flailing with one’s worst…

For what most starting a new something tend to forget in the moment,
’Tis that all marathons require rest to be a balanced never forgotten component,
Yet even those that are in the habit of writing already each and every day,
Know there can and near always will be times the divine shall throw elements in our way,
Stopping us from undertaking our desired plans so what we’re manifesting can seraphically parlay…

For even the most perfectly organised of us with content created by the mount,
Can have challenges thrown their way long enough for it to dwindle ‘till out,
Despite ones attempts to stay in front of ones scheduling plans in theory,
Some of life’s challenges can push one beyond ones ability ‘till they’re rather quanked and bleary,
In turn adding frustrations ineluctable to traversing this filipendulous moment less teary.

Thus whilst algorithms and other elements may push one to create what one thinks they require,
Long term it should really be irrelevant unless ’tis what YOU truely desire,
For there needs to always be an element of balance to ones blogging (and sharing),
An element of being mindful to how in ones life overall both physical and sophrosyne’s faring,
As if one’s alamort their blogging attempts may gain a tenebrous nature from your lack of caring…

Now while most of us have moments we tend to forget we’re not amaranthine,
Life always has ways of teaching us heuristic lessons through experiences we glean,
Often at a forced quatervois with an interstice large enough we’ve space to reflect,
Time to acknowledge and heal all we’ve of late tended to forget and neglect,
In our efforts to push through continuing our blogging schedules irrespective of the effect.

Thus for those whom also enjoy the vocation that can be near daily blogging,
Remember to keep it within a humane balance rather than over slogging,
For no-one can enjoy your creations if you cannot create due to burnout,
Taking a lackadaisical weekend to replenish may make robots whirr and ‘shout’,
But ’tis at times necessary for one to continue upon this flippercanorious route.
