A Poetic Moment Contemplating Mindfulness for Renewal and Balance

Sometimes when we find ourselves fighting against the illusion of defeat,
’Tis purely a sign that we need rest ~ time to replenish our being with something sweet…
A moment of being gentle with our balance through taking time to energetically revive,
Our physical bodies so that we can once again push onwards and vibrantly thrive.

For when one continues to fight thru their days depleted near beyond functioning,
It shan’t just be one’s immediate to do list that will need a moment of reshuffling,
But everything that one has planned possibly for months even years ahead,
When burnout claims you as its victim in a way you can’t even imagine to dread.

Thus why maintaining our delicate element of balance ’tis a vital key,
To flow through each day with an air of effervescence and seraphically,
As whimsical as it may sound to say one need be in this moment mindfully,
’Tis actually essential to do so often enough to hold depletion distantly.

Yet for quite a lot of us that tend to create with a rather well lit passion,
Lackadaisical days of rest tend to seem far out of aligning with our fashion,
For we often find immense elements of wondrous enchantment and delight,
In creating whatever we’re working on all day long into near every night!

Though there is always an abundance of supportive elements that can assist us with this,
Like what can be found to guide one successfully with greater alignment and balance,
Through One’s idea creation and beyond to the world via thepoeticlife2.biz
With a lot less depletion, an abundance of knowledge and inspiration ~ without needing to be an all round whizz. 🙂

A Poetic Moment Pondering the Mastery of One’s Day Thru Embracing Divine Timing

As we walk through each day as though it be a marathon,
Often following to do lists that we should probably revise and evolve,
One need remember that adjusting ones perspective to align,
With a calmer lackadaisical variation can be all thats needed to break stresses hold.

For when we shift our focus from ‘there’s too much to do and not enough time’
To flowing from task to task with an element of ‘divine timing will allow all I need to do’,
One’s day rather swiftly becomes abundantly more seraphic effortlessly,
Which then starts rippling through our minds and tired body’s too!

Thus whilst we may still be crossing off the same tedious to do list,
A more whimsical mindset can ease the pressure from our entire being,
Allowing us to plough through each day with a lessening chance of burning out,
Sending other elements of overwhelm to the unhealthy polarity area fleetingly.

In turn this newly uncovered bliss can also foster thoughts of gratitude,
For everything we that we may possess and are able to do in our lives,
All we strive for irrespective of its normalised ludicrously to those looking on,
Knowing one day it just may be an element of something that totally thrives!

A Poetic Moment Finding One’s Light in Darker Times

When we’re feeling down and rather flat,
We may find ourselves turning to comforts that aren’t ideal,
For the ways we’re advised to deal with our lower moments,
Can seem to contradict that which our bodies and brains tend to feel…

As when we’re unable to see the light that’s hiding from this moments grasp,
We need to remember that like all moments this one too shall pass,
Though we may not want to acknowledge brighter times still exist,
’Tis only a first step out of the darkness of this hole we find ourselves stuck fast…

Though once we can see we’re just at the bottom of a metaphoric hole,
It is possible for our perspective to be adjusted into a different role,
For hastily clambering back into lighter happier times becomes the goal,
Despite being down here the result of polarity forcing things into balances toll…

And whilst there are times when we truely need others to throw us a rope,
Upon a cloudy day or three we can find a way to embark on an upwards slope,
To slowly find our own way out of the hole we find ourselves to be thrown,
Even if it requires a day to ourselves to eat cake and groan.

Thus when we’re ready for switchin’ the music back to upbeat and again rise our vibration higher,
Ready to realign with our core and traverse back into our life’s brighter light,
With a splash of energy work and a moment of meditation to ease our minds,
We can dive back in replenished/realigned/ ready to continue our marathons plight.

A Poetic Moment of Realignment to Overcome Creative Blocks

When one feels like all their ideas have left them for naught,
Drained of all they believe they require to continue in that they think need be fought,
Sometimes we just need to reconnect with what was our original muse,

Rather than continuing to drag on with whatever we happen to choose…

Thus once one’s a moment to realign and in turn again connect,
With what lies deep within that we’ve managed to thoroughly deflect,
Ideas will again flow easily in a quintessentially seraphic state,
Despite one having thoughts that they all may be way too late.

For though in these styles of moment one may feel like past low moments shall collide,
Increasing the pressure beyond known limits to see if you’ll survive or epically explode,
Though ‘tis not exactly much more than the illusion of one’s thoughts remembering,
All you’ve overcome before this moments attempts to take ones confidence and erode.

Whilst ones path to realignment may be rocky and invisible to all including at times you,
What shall define the evolved and connected path onwards is reliant on abilities to stay true,
To whom you define and subsequently create yourself into henceforth,
Be it lackadaisically done or more proactive following your own way to your north.

Whichever style you choose none of us can succeed upon our chosen paths too well alone,
Unless we’ve a near un-human vigorous drive and laser focus to our alignment with not even a groan,
Thus why for a perfectly supportive element for idea creation projects and an abundance more,

to where ’tis rather inspiring/supportive/loaded with knowledge and rarely a bore!

A Poetic Moment Pondering the Art of First Impressions

First encounters often relay to our brains an often overwhelming amount of information,
This information often decides if a subsequent possible encounter shall occur,
How our energetic signals in our bodies react can at times result in the not ideal,
Current polarities and situations can also make harmony concur…

Yet more often than not first impressions draw out our worst perspective views,
Needing us to make repairs to elements towards ourselves and often others in the encounter,
Especially if subsequent encounters may be inevitable for us both,
For a bad or even mildly rocky first encounter may leave one or both in a perspective doubter.

Whilst we all want to and try to make our first impressions great,
Being empathetic and understanding may take at times a lot to be our fate,
Trying to decipher to adequately understand enough about another is far from being easy,
And has probably been known to make more than just a few people rather queasy!

Thus once again when we find ourselves attempting to ‘put our best foot forward’,
Probably with an after sigh wondering why we even bothered,
Yet as we are guaranteed we’ll be making first impressions all of our life,
Surely there’s a way to find a balance in the dance to keep us in less strife.

For the art of first impressions ’tis not something one should study lightly,
It’s a self mastery that may one day save you from being ‘disassembled’ unsightly,
As a decent level up of basic etiquette in the area can take a lot of us to new levels,
Whereas a decorum element can save us headaches and from becoming dust on gossip shelves…

A Poetic Moment Pondering Our Understanding of Perception Being the Key to Empathy

Try as we might no two beings can ever share the same view of perception,
Even identical twins with their amazing abilities still have varied perspectives,
Though we empathise and attempt at times to align with the view of another,
Our brain still separates ours from that of the chosen other..

Despite attempts to understand ~ attempts to empathise,
We truely struggle not to clash when polar perceptions arise,
Even when 'tis the perception of someone to which we’re very close,
There’s still little we can do to fully align perspectives beyond our human dose.

At times as these ’tis when well practised etiquette MUST lead our way,
For when it can’t or doesn’t ’tis when to arguments we are lead astray,
Thus mastery of oneself can perhaps be our best solution to this quest,
And being mindful towards those whom in the moment aren’t probably is best.

But how can we possibly achieve this mastery and mindfulness towards others?
When our lives feel already overwhelming ~ making us want to run to our mothers…
Can we really get our minds to permanently master etiquette? Well… No.
As ’tis an ongoing practice needing us to master each moment as we go.

Yet as we learn new tactics and apply them to our lives,
Our ability to master ourselves in each moment grows and thrives,
Becoming easier to conquer this never ending quest for ourselves,
Though still as humans we all have moments we leave our mastery on our shelves.

’Tis in these dreadful moments we need mindfulness from those we are around,
A silent empathetic understanding rippled out needing not a sound,
Though more often we’re met and mirrored with just the opposite,
Which leaves us wounded in ways that can have affects rippling undesirable from it.

These wounds if left in need of healing for way too long,
Can impact our lives and future generations after we’re gone,
Thus ’tis imperative we strive to heal and make repairs,
Irrespective of the moments we endure ‘are you mad?’ glares.

Yet heal and conquer our mastery of ourselves we MUST,
Despite the rolling eyes we may perceive around us,
We need at times to align ourselves with the warrior we’ve within,
Before our lives for the current day should even really begin!

A Poetic Moment Pondering Objectified Empowering of Confidence: The Power of Personal Talismans

Whilst some where tiaras and gems in their hair,
For others ’tis lucky socks or a bracelet they wear,
As a lot of us have talismans of some kind to empower us more,
Tokens we wear or carry to support our confidence to soar,
Yet why do need them? Why not stand on our own?
Could it truely be we think we cannot do things alone?

Or do we need things to anchor energetics we cannot yet fathom,
To support our endeavours so that they can happen?
For we’ve heard people say that girls can use makeup to hide,
Though perhaps ’tis a trigger for what’s deep down inside,
A way to empower their confidence ~ help it to rise,
Support them through the days/nights/lows and highs.

Soldiers, great warriors of the past, were often recorded,
To be in possession of things to remind of homes where applauded,
Reminding them of why they left to fight at the start,
Whom ’tis they adore and keep close within their heart,
We’ve tales of hero’s whom drove beyond their natural limits,
Believing what they possessed could empower them beyond summits!

And yet to another our empowering trinkets are often useless,
There’s those that enjoy pointing that out without rest,
Though often one may find even they have or do something,
Perhaps a sacredly timed deep breath, hairstyle or to themselves they sing,
We all have a something or someway that’s just for us,
To empower our confidence to rise from deep within without fuss.

A Poetic Moment Contemplating A Page of Potential

A page, as fresh and unmarked as the skin of a new born babe,
’Tis a symbol of pure potential that can be filled with imagination boundless,
For it is a clean slate awaiting to be filled with one’s creation,
Which never can be wasted even when it’s deemed a mess.

Even a page one may consider to be trash bound,
Has had epochal affects on your journey through this life,
It’s existence at one moment was your best attempt,
Before you tossed it like a steak stabbing knife.

‘Fore the moment you tossed it you learned, you grew,
You adjusted your way of viewing what you had created,
Thus evolved your thoughts on whatever you were doing,
And on the cycle of that page you have at least now contemplated.

On the flip side a page can hold secrets, never a soul to be told,
They can become great record holders ~ of any linguistic,
The stage for an artwork famed or privately pulchritudinous,
Part of a great story or idea mapped out so fantastic!

A page need not even be marked to fulfil its roll so often inconspicuous,
Many make sculptures and origami creations mind blowingly amazing,
From a humble piece of paper blank, though often from a tree majestic,
This quintessential being of potential can send one’s mind a blazing!

Yet still we see a page as a disposable resource,
Something to just use once and throw into a bin,
Rarely consciously thinking of the being it once was a part of,
Or the overwhelming state we have thrown this planet despicably in.

So perhaps we should all take a solitude sobering moment,
To be grateful of the sacrificial product of trees,
How we can honour their being through use of this paper page,
Rather than mindlessly doing with it whatever we happen to please.

From Stuck in Mental Mud to Unstoppable: A Writer’s Path to Flow

Flowing as a leaf does upon a twisting, raging river that’s winding eventually to the sea,
Words finding themselves on paper through whatever method the writer does please,
‘Till eventually they run aground into a bank of extra sticky mud,
Getting out of this messing spot is likely to be a mega mouthful of cud.

Yet on one must continue, despite the challenges this moment has created,
For stopping now amidst defeat ’tis not something one wishes demonstrated,
So on one sludges gradually with a deep breath and cup of hope,
Praying evidently that this patch of muck’s not a steep slope.

Element by element one seems to find momentum in their task,
Unaware if their making progress or getting absolutely nowhere fast,
Thus on they drive themselves, determined to be free of their bind,
Free to flow further along the path they’re upon to see what adventure awaits in kind.

Finally they grasp a momentary splash of perhaps illusionary freedom,
Hoping what they perceive ’tis not also sinking or seldom,
One reaches for another word, another grain of momentum,
Rising above this sludge has been nothing but excruciatingly fun.

Eventually, word by word, grain by grain of super sticky sand,
One assesses their progression to unglue their task at hand,
To discover they’ve crafted themselves into an unknown solution,
And freed themselves once again to flow further towards fruition!

A Poetic Moment Pondering Our Ability to Endure

When we’re working towards a goal or on a project that takes a lot of time,
We often must find ways to increase our endurance levels,
As otherwise we may never reach our moment of fulfilled manifestation,
If the marathon to accomplish it takes our stamina and hastily dishevels it…

Thus why one needs to be mindful of their ability to endure through one’s marathon,
Taking a moment when necessary to replenish thy being whenever need be,
As burnout can increase overwhelm and stresses one can unnecessarily put upon oneself,
Leaving failure to give the illusion that it will be the one winning imminently.

So as another milestones deadline brings it’s challenges to ones already loaded day,
Remember ’tis mostly an illusion that one’s mentally losing in this foray,
For often we just need to see things from an adjusted perspectives view,
To unveil a way to greater ease of enduring through this one too!

And though we often bring these sorts of challenges upon ourselves,
We still need to endure thru them to evolve ourselves from their conquering,
Sometimes we need to endure them from varying facets of their existence,
Until we learn and thus evolve so as no longer in their perspective we find ourselves wandering.
